So one of the best weeks of Milan is over.... meaning that today is the 19th of april-the last day of Salone Internazionale del mobile 2010.   And it also means that i've been writing in this blog for a year and hope to keep on doing this for another year at least.

Coachella

ok, so Coachella festival has kicked out already and it literally has the half of my playlist playing there! What is the greatest thing about festivals?- music of course! Music 24/7, music that united thousands of people together, music that you already know and music that you are yet to discover, people that are all enjoying music and people that are opened for new acquaintances. Festival weekends  are literally best weekends of the year and one day i will have an opportunity to visit every of my favorite festivals on the planet.....and for now, when i still have Visa problems, i'll just continue reading reviews and watching videos...

mozzarella

This is how you make a home-made mozzarella cheese if you ever want to. All you need is 1 gallon milk, 1 rennet tablet crushed, 1/2 cup bottled water (1/4 cup for rennet, 1/4 cup for citric acid), 2 tsp Citric Acid (divided, 1 dissolved in the water, 1 dry) 1/2 tsp salt. 


Then add some tomatoes,basil, olive oil and balsamic sauce, some touch of creativity and VOILA! you have a delicious italian appetizer on your dish.
